Libya’s oil deal with rebels sparks political division

Libyan ministers are criticising a deal that ended the rebel blockade of two Eastern oil ports. Rebels have handed the oil terminals they had captured last year back to the government. But some people believe the agreement could end up causing more disruptions in the future. Al Jazeera’s Andrew Simmons reports from the capital Tripoli.
